MathoTron is an iOS game app that challenges you to be creative with math!
MathoTron is fun, rewarding and a great workout for your brain!
You are given a mathematical puzzle with four digits, various operators and a set of target numbers. Your goal is to solve the puzzle by creating an arithmetic expression for each target. You can use any operator(s) you wish, however you must use all four digits for each expression. Not every target has an answer for the given digits and available operators. There are many ways to solve most targets, so that’s where your creativity comes in.
Game scoring is based on a complexity rating system for your answers/expressions, with bonuses (MathoTron Coins) awarded for various achievements. MathoTron Coins can also be purchased (in-app) via App Store, and are used to unlock/enable additional features and functionality.
Puzzles are available via puzzle packs. The first release includes a free puzzle pack (p0), consisting of 5 puzzles plus a starter set of MathoTron coins. The release also includes an additional set of five puzzle packs (p1 through p5), which are available for purchase. Each subsequent release will include another set of new puzzle packs available for purchase.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you use the MathoTron app and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you. Your privacy is important to us. It is our policy to respect your privacy and comply with any applicable law and regulation regarding any personal information that may be collected about you via our MathoTron app.
Personal information/data is any information about you which can be used to identify you. This includes information about you as a person (such as name, address, and date of birth), your devices, payment details, and Usage data (information about how you use an app or service).
Based on the (Apple) App Store Privacy definitions for “Collect” and “Third-party partners”, our MathoTron app does not collect data.
The following information is entered via the MathoTron app and is stored locally on the device and is never transmitted off the device. The information is solely used for the purpose of app functionality and personalization
Player/User Name (which is optional - the generic “Player 1”, “Player 2”, etc are the default player names). The app supports multiple players, however the game is a single-player game.
Game data (numbers, mathematical operators, etc)
The MathoTron app includes the purchase of game currency (MathoTron Coins) via Apple Store In-App purchase. We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to the Apple Store In-App payment process and is governed by their Privacy Policy.
This policy is effective as of August 10, 2021. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
